Tim Zinin provides AI marketing consulting services, content distribution tools, and related digital products. Our services include but are not limited to: strategy consultations, AI marketing audits, implementation sprints, and automated content publishing across social media platforms.
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to: TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, and others. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service. We act as an authorized content publisher on behalf of users who grant explicit consent.
When using our content publishing tools, you retain ownership of your content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, format, and publish your content on the platforms you authorize.
Some content produced through our services may be AI-generated or AI-assisted. We comply with platform-specific disclosure requirements for AI-generated content (e.g., TikTok's AIGC labeling requirements).
Consulting fees are as listed on the Site. Payment is due upon booking. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of service delivery.
Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or third-party platform changes.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
